Redrourke Racing started as the team name for ThunderCat #27 in 2009. Sponsored by Redrourke Solutions Limited, the team got off to a fantastic start in their first season achieving 3rd place in the RYA National Championship P750S Class.

Redrourke Solutions has been involved with provide powerboat experiences and corporate events using Honda Formula 4-Stroke powerboats since 2007 so getting involved with powerboat racing seemed a natural progression to promote the company and develop the driving skills of its future powerboat drivers. In recognition, the team name was adopted from the company that helped Jon and Edd Redman get established in the sport.

To meet their full potential in this demanding sport takes a lot of time, hard work and money. The team’s short term goal is to represent the UK in the ThunderCat World Championship in 2012 which is being held here in the UK.

To progress beyond ThunderCats into the SuperStock Championship within 3 years and achieve their dream of one day representing the UK in the Powerboat P1 international championship they need corporate sponsorship.
