Your expedition begins with a safety briefing and practical boat handling tuition in some of the fastest and most entertaining craft on the water. Each boat will be provided with charts, compass and other local information then, using skill, deduction and a bit of help from your driver, navigate the boat to specific locations in the Solent to get the next clue. Everyone has the opportunity to practice their newly acquired powerboat skills and lunch is included.

The day starts with a safety briefing and introduction to the boat. We then head out into the Solent to show you what the boat can do and, weather permitting; you will have the opportunity to drive the boats. On our journey to the Isle of Wight we take in some of the sights of the Solent like Hamble, the Beaulieu River, Osborne House and Cowes. After a chance to get your breath back over lunch we head back into the Solent for our return journey to Southampton and an opportunity to perfect those boat handling skills.

After an initial safety briefing one of our drivers will take you out onto the water to experience what these powerboats can do. You will learn the basis skills involved in driving a SuperStock 150hp race boat before returning to shore for lunch. Weather permitting; the afternoon will involve timed circuits around a racing course where each person will have the opportunity to test their nerve and skills against the clock. We then retire to a waterside bar for debriefing and a champagne prize giving. Be prepared for the ride of your life!
